There was annitial phone screening with Corporate and then an in-person panel interview at the host site with the main HR manager, and two of the site HR Generalists.
Was there a smaller task that you were given and then it eventually turned into a much larger one? Why was this the case? How did you respond and what was the outcome?
I had a great experience! The recruiter and hiring managers were warm and welcoming. They kept the tone of the interview warm and conversational. I ended up interviewing with them for two internship roles.

Entrevista
The interview process starts out with a screen by recruiter. Then that is followed by a 30-minute video interview. Finally, there is an in-person interview at headquarters. I received my job offer the following week.
