Entrevista
The interview starts off with a phone interview. They want to make sure your have some ambition to be with their company and will ask about your past experiences as a leader. Then they send you on a site interview which is really to see if you like the job. They give you a guideline of questions to ask and room to ask your own questions. Make sure you ask your own questions, as this will help in your third interview. The third interview is with the district manager/ city manager. This is the person that will pretty much decide if you get the job. All the questions are behavioral type questions. They want to know if you can be a leader and want to make sure you want to be around for a long time and not leave after 6 months on the job.

the interviewer didn't really care and was on the phone during the interview and made me wait over a month just to hear from them to schedule an interview. when I showed up the person didn't remember me and only asked me questions about personal life and not much about the job.

Entrevista
Was very easy and comfortable. You will be doing a phone interview asking basic customer service questions, in store interview with a store manager, and a video chat with the district store manager. If you’re calm and amicable there would be no way to not get hired.
