Started with online tests, after a month, was invited for a telephone interview which took 1 hour 15 minutes. The interviewer was quite strict, there were times where I felt as though I was talking to a wall but. Got an email after a week, stating that I have been invited for the SRD. Behavioural questions were asked. Nothing Technical.

I applied online through my university and recieved an email a few days later to fulfill an online video interview which consisted of several recordings and a screening assessment. A few weeks later I recieved a request for a video interview which consisted of a short case and a behavior with two senior leaders. The behavioral was standard and they simply asked provided a scenario for the case and gave some time to prepare a response. Within an hour after my interview I got a call saying I passed and the recruiter would match me with a role, but I never heard back after that.

The first stage is the online assessment where you have to answer 50 questions or so from 3 different categories of questions; verbal, math and abstract. you have an average of 14s to answer each question. Following which there is an untimed set of questions to gauge your personality
