I was first interviewed over telephone, and within 3-4 weeks I was invited for an interview face to face. I was interviewed as experienced hire. I had first an interview that was with an HR and technical recruiter, which was fairly straightforward, except for the excercise where I was in a role of a CEO during a company merger. Afterwards, we had a technical discussion about my expertise, followed by technical presentation.

It was easy—nothing to worry about. Just be your own self. SAY TRUTH AND REALITY. The company is interested in you, which is why they are calling. Take a deep breath and then answer all the questions. Answer systematically.
