Entrevista
completed Hirevue recorded interview, then was invited to the final round. Final round consists of a case study - given the pdf of the case study to make notes on first. From the case, you should take the time you are given to prepare as many notes as you can, so that during the final interview where you have to give a presentation (based on a question given by the interviewers on that day), you can quickly prepare your speech with the notes. As the pdf is quite long and you are only given 25-30 minutes of prep time, it will be hard to re-read the pdf and make new notes. Final round is pretty easy as long as you have sufficiently prepared ahead.

Pregunta 1
No behavioural questions, only 1 question which is what your presentation should answer. - Multiple follow-up questions, not based on what you say, but from a list based on that case study. You are allowed to repeat your answer from a previous question if it applies to another question
A textual question appeared on the screen, then I was given unlimited attempts to record a three-minute video answering the question. This was repeated twice (i.e. three questions in total).

Entrevista
Not the interview, but assessment. It had a prerecorded video interview as part of the online assessment. The online assessment seemed like a strength based one where you get a profile of some highlighted strengths at the end of the test.
First, there is a game-like process to check your behavior in certain situations. Then, there's an on-demand interview where you send videos answering some questions. Finally, there is supposed to be a case study with Shell employees.
