No professionalism - No updates! It’s now been over 6 weeks since my interview with the hiring manager, the Shell talent Recruitment business partner informed me initially that the hiring manager would like to continue interviewing but I was the best candidate out of the initial group. I have chased for updates every 2 weeks and get told the same story, I have now emailed to say I will no longer be chasing and still not reviewed any response. The worst engagement I have had with any company that I have applied for! I hope this feedback gets reviewed by senior management as it’s not a good impression of how the company is operated and recruits talent!
