First interview over the phone was about introductions, job description and questions about experience directly relating to the role. The second was an assignment to explore your understanding of the situation, stakeholders involved and plan of action. They had an equal focus on technical skills, and communication and teamworking experience in both interviews, which I guess was to find out if I was capable of tasks and a good fit for the team. All interviewing managers were professional, friendly and clear.
