firstly, you'll be required to apply online and send your resume. Then, they will send you an email to invite you to acomplish an online test including what decision will you make in certain situations. Second part of it is a test about math problem solving, which is quite time-consuming. After that, you will be invited to have a telephone interview asking about your C(apacity), A(chievement), R(esolvation), T(echinique), The interviewer will keep asking further details.

Self video screening interview and then only the select candidates move forward with actual interview. It seems very few are filtered through AI filtering. They tell you if you aren't selected within few days.
The first round is a general screening with two components. the first is multiple choice where you are put in plausible situations at work regarding following guidelines. Then there is a personality quiz, and finally 3 prerecorded interview questions with unlimited attempts
