Overall very similar to most grad scheme applications for large companies. Starting with online application progressing to a pre-booked phone interview. I failed at the phone interview stage. I had not prepared sufficiently and was very nervous as it was the first phone interview i had attempted. It is the usual competency questions where you uses a S.T.A.R to answer. so prepare as many answers as you can

Online application and Test, followed by a Competency based phone interview where I was unsuccessful. All questions relate either to Achievement or Relationships so match your examples up to this. Final brief section on motivations for the role and company before an opportunity to ask questions of the interview. Positive experience but quite intense.
