The process is relatively easy. It doesn't take too long before they contact me to do an interview. I thought I had a good conversation but the results turns out negative and I don't know why.

Give an example that you have conquered some difficulties in your life to make things done.
It was with the manager of the team who was a technical expert as well. Asked about my previous work and how my experience fits in the company. Why I chose the company? What motivates me?

Why work at Shell and not other sustainable energy companies.
Two stages interview. Start with shortlisting of application, telephonic conversation with team member and then face to face interview. Interview depend on position. First round is pure technical and related to core expertise.

it was a game where in we were given three steps out of which one was a numerical game, the other two being based on memory. overall the experience was quite well balanced and fun to review.
