In my experience the interview process was not good. All communication was through portal Email only. If I ever needed to contact anyone by phone or personal email, I received no response. The actual interview wasn't good either. All questions asked did not even pertain to therapy or speech pathology. I was so shocked because I've interviewed with companies a few times in the 10 years I've been doing speech therapy, and the interviews are always based on demographic of patients, therapy management and activities, experience, etc. I was not asked one thing related to th profession. So I was totally thrown for a loop. And, most of the interviewers were not even speech related personel. When it was over, they said I'd be contacted in a week with a yes or no. No one ever contacted me back. I tried calling them and leaving message to atleast hear a no so I could move on because I was in dyer need of the job, but no one would ever return a call. Tried emailing the main director of the interview as well, no response. I found out through a friend who works with the school system that the positioned was filled.
