Fairly casual, had to meet with the district manager, suit and tie kind of apparel, he was nice. Asked basic questions youd expect "what would you do if.." " what can you bring to the management team" pretty easy stuff really

Entrevista
The interview was friendly and straightforward. Questions were asked about my background and how I would respond to various situations. The importance of the roll is to maintain a positive attitude and strive.
Met with an assistant manager who thought I was there for a salesperson interview. Once it was established that I was there for a shift supervisor position I was set up with a follow-up interview with the store manager. Overall the interview was relaxed but had the typical questions.

Entrevista
One short phone interview, a long phone call, followed by an in person interview in the very small office. I was told my asking rate was absurd and I was up against very overqualified candidates
