We sat down and proceeded to go through several questions mainly dealing with job experience, personal goals and expectations from the job. We ended with me asking any questions I had prepared.

I interviewed for about an hour with the manager and then I was told if I was interested they would schedule a second interview with the DM. I just received a call from the store manager for an interview with a DM in 2 days.
