Interview Process is through a video conference. They have two levels of interviews. Fist one is Technical and the second one is Managerial/HR round. They do check for Behavior and attitude very closely and is a tough interview to crack through. But they offer good package if selected.

Apart from Technical questions they do ask about the candidates ability to work from home without distractions. Check on their intentions if the candidate will give long term commitment and they will check the reasons for changing the job and why the candidate thinks SHAVIK is a right choice for them
