The interview process is extensive. Multiple zoom calls and multiple in-person. As well as multiple assessments (with no warning you will be given one.) While the interviews are very friendly and everyone seems happy, the process is extensive to only be turned down at the fourth round. If you are currently working and looking to make a position move, you would take multiple days off to only be declined a position in the end. I was told I they are looking for more experience. I have over 15 years experience in my career. I matched the job posting perfectly fine minus a skill that was brought up in the Interview (not listed on the job posting.) In the end, if this is how they treat applicants, maybe I should count my blessings that i was not offerEd a position.
