HR is beyond slow, it's almost unbelievable. Plan on never getting an email responded to. I followed up SIX times before finally hearing something back. The VP I interviewed with acknowledge HR was incredibly slow and mentioned it was something the company was aware of and was aiming to fix.
I was in my current position and the President kept asking me why I wanted to leave and was not satisfied with my "I've outgrown the position" response. He quested me twice on it and made it seem almost negative.
