I applied for the position in July, and received a follow up email in December. The process was very quick through the holidays. I had one phone interview, was asked to complete a personality survey. About two weeks later I was asked to do a phone interview with a senior member of the team. Ultimately the position was not a fit, but the process was smooth.

3 interviews with various team leads. 30 minutes each. Standard HR questions, kind of easy. pretty boring. Some questions focused on mindset and ability to be bend to a person's will. Mindnumbingly inefficient.
