Contacted shortly after my online application, i got a first informal call with an HR manager. An interview was arranged very quickly with the line manager, which was not the usual process apparently. The interview was at 09am, the day before after 10pm i received an email saying that i should be prepared to discuss the 5 company values, with a documentation of about 20 pages. I saw the email only in the morning and had no time to prepare. Although not legally allowed, I was asked twice if I had kids. Following to that, one more interview was planned for the same week. 12 hours before, another one was added in the same afternoon. 30 minutes before the first interview, both were cancelled, with no explanation, and in spite of several emails from me, I never heard anything from the company ever after. Ghosting after 2 interviews is not very appealing to me anyway so it's a blessing in the end.

Sharkninja leaves little to be desired for those interviewing for positions at the company. No feedback is given and ghosting seems to be the norm. They claim to be agile and fast but take months to hire someone or simply leave the person hanging without ever letting them know one way or the other.
