Not as technical as expected. One manager interviewer was quite disinterested and spent more time texting on her cell phone during the interview. Not impressed by the professionalism or interview process overall. Interview seemed to focus on on the one area that I didn't have significant experience in despite the fact the the job description didn't really emphasize it. My overall significant and broad experience and skills in a number of technical areas didn't seem to matter. A similar position was filled by a less experienced colleague, most likely because of gender and the fact that they could 'talk the talk'. Glad I wasn't offered the position, I would have declined. The company culture was not appealing and engineers were practically sitting on top of each other in a crowded space.
