Overall, the HR handling of the situation was not up to the mark. I selected my interview slots but received no updates from the HR team, so I had to follow up myself. Later, no one joined the meeting at the scheduled time and interview was delayed for good amount of time. Even the interviewer looks unprepared. I also noticed that the job I interviewed for was removed from posting. If the candidate had already been selected, why schedule the interview in the first place? This reflects very poor management.
