After completing 3 stages interview, I was ghosted with no feedback or response, even after following up by email two weeks later. This lack of communication felt unprofessional and disrespectful of the time invested. I understand that not every candidate will be selected, but providing closure and feedback is a basic professional courtesy. If you’re choosing between this company and another, I’d recommend going with the one that shows more organization and professionalism.
