I feel that the whole process was flawed, as the Hiring Manager and HR were never in sync. After asking to appear for 2 interviewers with the hiring manager weeks apart, I was told by the hiring manager that she wanted to move forward to the next round of interviews with the Panel but then a week later when I followed up to know when they wanted to schedule the interviews, I was informed by the HR that I not considered for the position and they did not give an update on what changed.
