I had an initial screening interview scheduled with a recruiter about 2 weeks after I applied, it was on Google Meet and ran 30 minutes. I was asked about previous experience and what I was looking for in a new role. Following that, I scheduled a second interview 2 weeks out with the Head of Engineering (again on Google Meet) where we talked about specific experiences more related to the role. Both interviews were very conversational and pleasant.
