It is a 2-3 day process where the HR takes the first round followed by the project manager. Salary negotiation is done and then the offer is rolled out. It was a relatively hassle free process.

1. Profiles shortlisted by company, from our institute IIMU.
2. One interview by present employee of Shadowfax.
3. Final interview by the Team Lead of Shadowfax.
All the process was online on Google Meet.

Pregunta 1
Round 1- Q1. What do I understand what Shadowfax does? Ans- I started saying it's largest crowdsourced 3PL last mile... and he said stop stop.. say what you know , not website. I answered, then he clarified even further, friendly.
Q2. Why I want to move from education domain to Last mile logistics? (I have experience in teaching in JEE industry) Ans2. Here basically focus on transferable skills. See the Companies expert YT for some older videos in channel.
Q3. A guesstimate on "no. of insta users in India." Sharing screen on excel. I tried to connect with the KPI we discussed yesterday at the end when in guesstimate we were talking on registered vs Active Users. Ans. I got 39cr, he said it's 23 cr. I used basically the economic strata of India , 3% household in 20lpa+, 7% in 10-15lpa, and so on.
Round 2- Q1. Explain process improvement from resume in my 2 companies. Ans3. I tried to answer. Since my last experience was in ed-tech I had not done any thorough process improvement, but I wasn't clear enough to mention it. So, I suggest being assertive and tell that I haven't got chance to do it, but I have learnt it.
