Interview one on one with plant manager, production manager, and a shift supervisor. Arrive at site and fill out application so background checks can be done. After one on one interviews are done, a shift supervisor takes you on a tour of the facility. The entire process generally takes 2-3 hours. Previous relevant experience will gain preference for hiring.
