I submitted my application through their online portal. I was contacted in 1-2 weeks for an initial phone screening via email. The email provided a few times slots for the same day I received it and a few the next morning. I selected the first time slot which was about an hour from when I received the email (that's all I had available). The phone screening went great. I was told that I would be moved to the next round and that I would be meeting with the hiring manager in the next two days. I was told to wait for my invitation via email. One week went by and I emailed for a follow-up. A second week went by and I learned through internal employees that the offer was accepted by someone else already. I was completely ghosted after being told that I would meet with the hiring manager and then the VP of the department. I understand people are busy, but this was one of the worst experiences I've had regarding an interview process.
