Entrevista
They will schedule you very quickly -- almost overnight, literally, since they really need you. The interview consists of a fairly casual meeting with a manager or director, who will tell you some about the details of the job, describe the environment (as much/little as they want you to know before becoming an employee there), and ask about some of the experience/skills you have that will benefit them, and show what you can bring to the company.

They will ask about what are some of the experience/skills you have that will benefit them, and what you can bring to the company. Have you worked with people with special needs before? How do you feel about working with adults who have mentally reverted to their earlier lives (even back to childhood - women: take note of this; some of the male clients/patients are going back to the days when they flirted with girls and even did a little "touching" of one's "sensitive areas" (my words, not theirs))? Something you may want to ask *them* about is the severity of the conditions of the clients -- some of them have imperceptible brain injuries, where you cannot necessarily tell that they truly have a disability, while others will never regain the ability to speak, the ability to use hands, or even the ability to carry on a conversation.

The interview went well at first i was a little nervous. I got asked mutli question which i felt comfortable answering. I got offer the job on the spot. Exciting moment for me..

I was called in for an interview with a manager named Harry. It was a one on one interview and pretty informal. He asked me basic questions about myself and why I wanted to work there. I don't remember the questions exactly, but based on the number of people they hire I wouldn't stress about it. Just act like you put in some effort and try your best. If you got called in for an interview and can pass a drug test you probably will get the job.

Entrevista
The interview went very well. I felt the management at the time appreciated that I had a degree in Therapeutic Recreation and really were interested in hiring me. I was positive in the answers I gave them and they seemed appreciative of my positive attitude.
