Hiring process was a very informal affair. Was very good. Professional but laid back. However offer letter was changed at last possible second. Implications on work privileges were not addressed. Very dissatisfied. Watch out.

The process consisted of a phone interview and a one on one. The phone interview was more general and reviewed my resume. The one on one was more focused on the job itself and how I could contribute to the position. Overall the process was very easy, but that could be because I cam through an employee referral.
