They want the interview to be conducted in AI platform but the platform is not working. When I asked the recruiter, he just ghosted me and no interview process happened.

The HR interview was normal. When I moved on to the user interview, they rescheduled three times (I should have rejected them at that point), only to show up 15 minutes late and behave arrogantly. Overall, it was a bad experience and a clear red flag. This happened in 2023.
