The application process lasted around 1 month during which I was invited to two meetings. At the first appointment I was introduced to a group of three bioinformatics engineers and one person from the HR team. At the second meeting I met with another set of 3 bioinf. eng. and presented solution of the problem they sent me a week earlier in an email. Overall, the interview was easy and pleasant. I believe they hire new graduates for this position.
