Multiple rounds of interviews including a panel interview which required the candidate to create and present on a previous project. Interview structure: 30 min recruiter phone call, 1 hour team call with hiring manager, 1-1.5 hour team call panel interview and presentation, 30 min-1 hour call with director or VP. Recruiter ghosted me after the 3rd interview. I reached out after the interview to follow up and they ignored all my emails. Not a company that will value your time.
