The process was the same- HR round, Test/Assignment, Final call with HR & the Copy Lead. Everything was fine & they even said that they will be calling further after Diwali vacations but they didn't even after my 2 follow-ups! Honestly, if they liked me so much as it seemed, then the only reason for not taking things ahead was that they got someone on a lower package than what I had asked! I mean whatever was the reason, pls mention that instead of leaving a candidate hanging. Don't waste anyone's time!
