Easy going, but definitely be prepared for the typical questions. Emphasis on handling calls and escalations is a plus. Just be yourself, be likable and friendly. Humor is a nice touch.

Remote, over the phone. Meeting with a few managers remotely, answering basic questions about previous experience. Getting along with the people you're interviewing with is an important piece, as the company is relatively close knit.
