Initial phone conversation to discuss role. Invited for interview and met Production Manager followed by site tour and chance to meet with team. Invited back for second interview where I had the chance to spend time with key members of the team I would potentially be working with. I also met with line manager. I was made to feel at ease throughout the process and the HR team kept me informed at every stage. I was left feeling Servomex is a professional and friendly place to work.
