The process for 3 rounds took almost 6 weeks, with a 2 week gap between interviews. It was pretty disrespectful to put so much time between interviews, and frustrating at how focused the organization is on technical details for a management position. Only after you make it through the technical gauntlet do they care about how good of a manager you are... I didn't even get to that point.
