      Great experience, recruiters are honest and down to earth, not trying to sell you, super straightforward. I felt like they set me up for success throughout the process. I had a phone screen with the recruiter, then hiring manager, then panel type interview with a bunch of folks that I’d interact with across teams, then the hiring manager again. Felt like it was just enough time for me to have a good understanding of the role and team and for them to get to know me as well, not too much but not overdone.

      Lots of behavioral and situational questions - be prepared to share examples of things you’ve done in the actual job. They want to hear how you have done the job in the past and how you’d work at ServiceTitan. Nothing out of left field or that threw me off which was nice. It was challenging but absolutely fair.

      Interview process was standard. First a recruiter than hiring manager. However, after a follow-up on my end a few days after they ghosted me which said a lot about the company culture. They were transparent about salary.

      The interview process itself was extensive (~8 interviews) , though well coordinated. The individuals performing the interviews were not in sync. This may be because the company is in a high growth state and the management team is still aligning. The negative aspect is the the recruitment department is all about their metrics. They requested I rate them, prior to the recruitment process being completed. I had other offers and followed up with the recruitment team. I kept getting strung along. I heard we're really interested in you, please give us more time. I never received a definitive yes or no. The internal recruiter, who had been very speedy on replies, just went dark.
