The recruitment process was very specialised focusing on linguistic skills.
First of all there was a translation test, documents received per email, translated and sent back ASAP, followed, upon successful translation, by a phone call to evaluate the spoken language, hereupon after followed a phone call from a HR employee with test results and a few follow up questions, after which came a physical interview which lasted, give or take a few minutes, one and a half hours followed by another phone call to answer any unanswered candidate questions finishing with a job offer.
