very rigid and tough; focus is more more on what you put on resume. If you justify that then move on grilling the skills they are looking for. so be prepared!

Best interview experience i ever had. The hiring process is very smooth and streamlined. The overall interview to the final offer roll out process took around 2 weeks. In total there were 3+1+1 rounds of discussions. The first 3 technical rounds happened on the first day and the 4th round was scheduled with a senior architect based in the US. The final round was basically a HR round in which compensation was discussed and different benefits were explained. The offer letter was released within a week after the HR discussion.
