Three individual phone interviews with three different people. Then contacted by recruiting staff by email. Went back and forth with terms of offer. New Hire orientation was handled remotely, and started in training program immediately. Never met in person with anyone for months.

Starting with a friendly discussion with the Recruiter, then the interview with the Hire Manager, then is asked to run a Role-Play session. Final decision is made after the last interview with the N+2 Manager.

Proceso relativamente sencillo sin pasar a evaluación de role play o presentación final consiste solo con entrevistas, en total 3 entrevistas, primero incio Recursos Humanos, posterior a ello con el Manager directo y tercero con el Director del Área
