Applied online and was contacted by a Recruiter with some screening questions about an interview. Soon after they sent an invitation for a first meeting ( you give some options of when they could put it at but they do not confirm with you before booking it) 2 weeks later no yes or no. When the candidate takes the time to talk to you, the least you can do is give them an answer, whether positive or negative. Unbelievable that recruiters still think they can waste your time and energy without bothering to ever get back to you.
