I applied for the Technical Support Engineer role..
my phone screen interview was conducted by the recruiter Shirl.. (basic linux commands , programming concepts and past experience) my second interview was on Zoom with the Hiring Manager. she asked few technical question and few scenario based questions then my third interview was on zoom with 2 Technical Support Engineers and the Hiring Manager. I solved 1 coding problem 1 sql problem on live coding pad which was easy.. few questions was scenario based and my current role. overall interview was really good but I haven't heard back from the recruiter after third interview. I got auto generated email after 1 month. that they offered this position to someone else.
I never had this kind of experience in my professional career from any organization.. I submitted an email to the recruiter to ask if is there any Cooling-off period to reapply but I never heard back.. she was in rush to schedule my 3rd interview and not accepted those dates which I emailed her to schedule. after wasting candidate time she not even responded my email.

it was 3 round first being the behavioral, then the technical questions where you go over each of the aspects of code for frontend, another interview on how you would handle some cases prioritization and stuff.

Both times interviewers did not show up, third time they were 20 minutes late to a 30 minute interview. Horrible experience, especially when you prepare for the interview only to have the team consistently no show.

It's really a disappointed experience and totally waste of time. I did some search and find out they just want to hire contractors, not permanent employees, also they have a preference to candidates from a specific country, which is unfair to other candidates. And just like what other reviews said, if they want you then they will response really quick, if they don't want you then they will ghost you and not update their system, so you won't have any feedback. I don't know it's the company's problem or the team's problem, but I won't apply for ServiceNow positions anymore, really disrespect to candidates.
