There are several rounds. 1. Prelim introductory round with either the Hiring Manager or a Senior UX Researcher 2. Followed by a technical round with a senior researcher 3. Then you are called for a panel interview, comprised of 5-6 researchers, managers, product managers, designers. During the panel, you need to present your research portfolio, then another interview round with 2-3 researchers.
