Very Bad interview Experience. Took 4 skype round and 1 inperson at Hyderabad office.
All the rounds went well. Got no response for a week after the final round. After mailing the HR and hiring manager 2-3 times, they said "the interviews were nice but they think the team needs more experienced candidate at the moment".
Then why you took 5 rounds of interview, that i don't understand.

The process was unclear and the recruiter was not very organized. There was a lack of communication and even conflicting meetings. I would think it's something specific to this recruiter/instance.
i havent selected but i understood that minimum basics of cs is needed. they asked some DSA questions and also SQL and DBMS questions. it was online and it is of 3 rounds
