Entrevista
I went through four intense phone interviews, The HR person I interviewed with was very solid, as was the interview with the VP.
Things move along at a regular pace of interviewing, then I had another phone interview and then was set up with a face to face interview with my perspective boss and the VP again.
My perspective boss ask so many scenario questions about what I would do in certain situations.. There were a lot of questions I had answered before.
They both then told me that I would hear from them by the end of the next week.
I waited for 10 days and send an email to them stating I was still interested in the position.
I finally heard after another 2 1/2 weeks they were not planning to fill the position.
That was never discussed anytime that they possibly didn't have a budget for the position. I feel that the delay in telling me the truth about the position was highly unprofessional.
All this happened in August through October 2015. It is now January 2016 and they've now readvertised for the position.
They need to remember that every potential person they interview is also a customer… If I had damage in my home Servicemaster would not be the company I'd call based upon the way I was treated.

extremely drawn out. the process took approx 4 months. Often times a scheduled interview with a specific person would be held with another individual. Many were very scripted ans the exact same.
