My interview was with Naveed Ahmed (then CIO) and also horrible as other reviewers described. Main intention was to be demeaning making the interview process more and more uncomfortable as time passed by.
Similar to the other reviewer, I also had a horrible experience with this company. I got an email from Naveed (the head of tech) asking to complete an in-depth iOS project first. I suspected this was a scam where employers exploit people looking for jobs to steal free work by asking to complete a large project. To avoid this, I wrote back with my concern and asked for a phone call first. Naveed agreed and we had a phone call where he told me this project was 70% of the way in and said to impress him. I therefore spent a long time on this project and fulfilled all requirements and beyond, but sadly he was indeed either committing fraud or is engaging in discrimination. After submitting the project, he never responded to me at all after multiple attempts to contact him.
