Multi-step interview process. Initial phone call to assess if I was a candidate they wanted to interview. Once this conversation went well, they sent through a rather difficult and involved set of things to produce and ideas, these went into a presentation to send ahead of interview. At the location, I was met and interviewed by people from different departments, they all asked questions relevant to their field to ensure they had all-round answers

I had two interviews, one with HR, Head of Department and Director of Cultural Affairs. Second one with just the later two. Both in person. There was pre interview task with two questions which I was asked to bring to the interview.
