Pretty straightforward. They had an initial phone interview and then video interview, asking u basic questions and there was some role play of the interviewer being a prisoner and you react to their behaviour.

On Microsoft teams, started with eligibility questions, then a role play where I was given a short brief about the role play. ( a delivery driver who's navigation system stopped working & had to call up to sort the delivery) Simple role play if you think on your toes. Then the interview.

Online interview over Microsoft teams with a number of questions and a written assessment! After interview an email was sent a few days later with date and location of training
