I got the call from a staffing agency. Then I called the that they had given me and asked the address and how to get there. After reaching there they told me to wait, that the interview was in progress. when I got inside the chamber, they took the interview and told that they will call me if I am selected. the next day I got there call

Was simple and Fast. The HR was patient and nice. I did not wait for a long time. There was a HR round, aptitude round, typing test.The whole procedure got over in a day and the result was informed to my recruiter that i was selected

Easy round just get serious for essay because they checks it line by line.
Second round : hr interview.
Needs a fluent english.
Third round : operational hr round.

Appalling - no feedback, the panel were not interested. It felt like they were going through the motions - almost like the job had already been filled...
As it turned out, I found out that they had already offered the position to an internal candidate prior to my interview - what a waste of time
