I was required to complete a lengthy candidate exercise over a holiday weekend prior to final round interviews and then interview with the employer panel immediately after the holiday weekend. The employer panelists were not prepared for my interview. The timing of the interview was cut short at the last minute and some panelists did not appear to have fully reviewed my candidate exercise. This lack of respect for the work completed by applicants is disrespectful.
