Application & Screening: Candidates apply online or in-store. If their application is selected, they receive a call or email for an interview, typically within a week.
Group Interview (Sometimes): Some locations, especially high-volume stores, conduct a group interview. Applicants may be asked to discuss their favorite beauty products, demonstrate customer service skills, or role-play sales scenarios.
One-on-One Interview: If selected from the group round (or if the location skips group interviews), candidates meet with a store manager or beauty lead. They are asked about customer service experience, product knowledge, sales techniques, and availability.
Demonstration or Role-Playing: Some locations require candidates to demonstrate how they would assist a customer, recommend products, or handle a difficult situation.
Final Interview (If Necessary): In some cases, a second one-on-one interview with a higher-level manager may be required before a hiring decision.
Background Check & Offer: If successful, the candidate will go through a background check before receiving a formal job offer.
